| Had a great climb with a group from the Flathead Valley Climbers and Mountaineers. Lucked out with awesome spring weather, sun, blue skies and warm temps. | |

| This is an arduous trail hike to the ridge, but going up the rest of the way to the summit of Furlong was easy. The Great Bear Wilderness is absolutely fantastic and Tranquil Basin is beautiful. Could've spent days up here but chased off, yet again, by rain. Summitted with a gun-shy Kitty. | |
