Northwest Slope
I'd been wondering what the view was like from here for some time. Pretty darn sweet. Lassen Park is interesting that way, many high viewpoints of the namesake peak and surrounding area.

Long trip
All day snowshoe trip from the south entrance station covering Mount Helen, Bumpass Mountain, and Mount Conard. Believe the views from Bumpass are a bit better than Helen.

A easy Second Peak
A nice and easy way to get good views of the surrounding lands.
Went up with Jimbopo and Josh Lewis while BearQueen was resting after Lassen. The rocks are completely different from Lassen Peak. Fun Class 2 scramble and WELL WORTH IT!!
