The visible highpoint, aka rocky outcrop are the Steel Cliffs. My highpoint on this climb was dead center in your picture, called the Pearly Gates. The summit would have been great, but since I did not make it the dream remains---and that is a good thing. I imagine you feel the same. 10/10

	Hasn't voted	Thanks Joel. Thinking about heading back to Hood this coming May or early June. I've been there twice in the last two years and have yet to get the mountain in ideal conditions. Maybe my third time will be the charm. Thanks for checking out the photo!
