from Stowe Pinnacle  Sucess!

Took me two hours to go from Stowe Pinnacle to here via the Skyline Trail. This trail reminded me of a less rugged, more open version of the trail from Waterrock Knob to Lyn Lowry in the Plott Balsams. Did some trail maintenance on the way back, including chopping a tree into three pieces so it no longer blocked the trail.

Trail Run  Sucess!

Did a nice trail run up to Hunger then across the Skyline Trail to the Stowe Pinnacle and completed the loop via the dirt road at the base. Have climbed the peak numerous time before, mostly in winter.

wanna go back

did this one the day after the hellbrook trail on Mansfield, so it felt like an eternity to get to the top! ( I was tired) good views with a little bit of fun easy scrambling towards the top.
