| Most of the time when I do this hike I go up from the north parking lot to the summit then down to the southern parking lot or southern park entrance and then back again. It's about 30 minutes from the north parking lot to the summit. | |

| Easy solo hike for the purpose of breaking in a new pair of boots. Quiet on a Friday, but the buzzing antenna on top bummed me out a bit. | ||

| Quick hike, saw lots of families. Had great views at the top along with a nice conversation with a fella manning the lookout tower. The 60 degree weather was a nice break from the 100 degree heat in the south. | |

| This past weekend I came up the WIlmot Trail, and descented the Barlow Trail. This is the proper way to do this hike. The footing on the Wilmot Trail is much poorer and steeper than the Barlow Trail. | |
