| JRaphaelson | Route Climbed: Flume Slide-Liberty Springs ![]() Date Climbed: Jan 7, 2012 | |
| Hiked Mt. Flume and Liberty via the loop around the two mountains. There was a ton of compacted snow already on the ground and this was tough even with crampons. But definitely worth it. | ||

| ape | Pemi loop backpack ![]() Date Climbed: Aug 19, 2011 | |
| Did a Pemi Loop over 2.5 days with a couple of friends. Going counter clockwise, camped at Guyot and Garfield tent sites. Saw an awesome lightning over a town to the north storm from Garfield; got hailed on in a lightning storm on the way out on the last day. Had a bottle of Bowmore with us. | ||

| My first summit of the day. Lincoln and Lafayette were the 2nd and 3rd. The west side of the summit really does drop off quite sharply! | ||

| Climbed with my sister via the Liberty Springs Trail, which ended up being a great trail in spite of the pouring rain. Would love to go back soon when it's clear enough to see from the summit. | ||

| Late November double-dip with Mt. Flume. Cold, fresh, bluebird day. I saw zero other hikers THE WHOLE TIME. Maybe my favorite day of hiking ever. Franconia is a wonderland. | ||

| Awesome hiking up Flume Slide, reaching Mt Flume on clear skies, just a bit hazy in the distance. Crossing on to Mt Liberty and racing to the top! Down Liberty Spring trail. Beautiful day, great views and photos, awesome mountains! | ||

| lambpasty | Third 4000-footer ![]() Date Climbed: Oct 10, 2009 | |
| Hiked this peak twice now; once as a loop up the Flume Slide on Mt. Flume, over both Mt. flume and Mt. Liberty and down the Liberty Springs trail, and the second time as a "there-and-back" starting from the flume slide and turning around at Mt. Lafayette. Both times had cloudy weather and limited views, but nonetheless a very rewarding climb. Looking forward to doing this as my first 4000-footer winter hike in a few months! | ||

| PaulRomano | 1st Winter Ascent ![]() Date Climbed: Jan 16, 2010 | |
| Skies were partly cloudy and temperatures were above 0 C most of the day, pretty balmy for January in the Whites. Even above treeline, winds were moderate and temperatures weren't bad at all. Very enjoyable climb up Liberty Springs trail. | ||

| Approached vis Flume Slide trail. It was a bit dicey since there was some black ice along the slide. Otherwise, a vibrant day with great sunny views. | ||

| dpryan999 | Best day all season ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 28, 2009 | |
| After slogging our way up the Flume Slide we dragged ourselves over to Liberty. Views of Washington, Lincoln and Cannon were excellent on this clear, calm, warm winter day. It was a new experience to be up in the Whites without 60mph winds, total whiteout, and sub-zero temps! Perfect day all around. | ||
