| Above the Greenleaf Hut, the wind blew the clouds away and it was a glorious summit day. A very clever piece of route finding to avoid the gendarme on the south ridge. Terrific views (even Washington eventually cleared). And every time I got tired on the Falling Waters trail I turned around and saw another beautiful waterfall! | |

| A route that NEVER GETS OLD. You haven't visited New Hampshire until you do the Franconia RIdge Traverse. Mt. Lincoln has amazing views. | |
