One sweet day!As cold and fickle as this winter has been, this was truely an island in the weather. Great day, Ben. Seems everytime we get out, hijinks ensue!

ski whole route!Your climb was kind of early for a good ski ascent of Mt Massive since gets blown off early season. I use to climb it 1-2X each winter but earliest was late feb but most in april. I used the route from Willow creek off half moon road to Coke oven accross beaver pond area then up old road that runs into Mt massive trail up high. At treelihe I either went up cirque or left of it ramp if enough snow to left of real summit usually but descended straight from summit on Big face to basin and out in about 2 hours.
