| Long enough ago I don't remember the route. I do remember 6" of fresh snow with more coming down, and some of us duct taping our cotton sweatpants to our boot to fashion gaiters. My adult self shudders. | ||

| Another cloudy start to the day, but then cleared up when we reached the summit. Winds were extreeeeemely significant. Quite chilly, but beautiful day with the sweetest guy alive. Clouds were really neat rolling over the mountains. Saw a moose! Good day. | ||

| Summit in and out of the clouds with very high winds. After ten minutes on the summit the clouds cleared out and the views were amazing. It was quite cold with the wind chill, but well worth it. Absolutely gorgeous day and I summitted with my girlfriend Nicolle. | ||

| Good hiking, trails very developed. I'm sure they'd like me to say "maintained" but it was a bit much. Still a good hike. | ||

| Easy 4000 footer with great views. The Carriage Trail has very easy grades; I can't wait to Ski it this winter! Nice little meadow on approach to the summit. | ||

| Hot, muggy, foggy, and cloudy. I assume that those who call this one of the best views in the Whites are telling the truth. I could see about 200 feet. | ||

| Hiked the Mouse Hillock several times, including winter. Fun, short, easy hike, pretty unimpressive summit area compared to the ridge "accross the street". But it has great views. | ||

| This was my second trip to the Whites. I hiked up with Rob, Robyn, and Diana. Diana insisted we carry up a jar of pickles for her that initially got some strange stares but were good for our pita lunch once we got to the top. The weather was great, the summit was crowded, and we saw a few gliders flying around overhead. A bit windy on top so windbreakers were useful. | ||
