Voted 10/10 | This is perhaps the best Mount Nebo pic I've seen. It really shows how winter and spring bring out the beauty in the Rockies. | | Posted Apr 18, 2005 12:15 am |

Summiting right at sunrise is always a big help with the photo opportunities :) | | Posted Apr 18, 2005 9:26 am |
| PellucidWombat | Its amazing how quickley the scene changes . . . | |
Voted 10/10 | admittedly it took me a while longer to haul my carcass the last 100 feet to the S Summit, but by the time I summitted, there was enough light on the east slopes that my photos have much stronger contrast (almost too strong!).
Joe, I really like the soft lighting in this one. | | Posted Apr 18, 2005 10:58 am |

Hasn't voted | Yup, it really did change quickly. I took one just a few minutes after this one which looks much different. I didn't post it because I figured you'd fill in the blanks with some of your own photos.
By the way, the shot I took of you taking your 'revenge' on the accident site turned out excellent! I haven't posted it yet because I'm not sure if its in good taste. I wondered if you might want to use it as your profile page shot ... I'll let you take a look at it first and then we'll decide. | | Posted Apr 18, 2005 11:07 am |

Voted 10/10 | Certainly. I don't know if it beats out my snow bouldering shot, but I'm willing to go with the bad taste of putting the photo up.
I won't state the photographer's name if he wants anonymity ;-) | | Posted Apr 18, 2005 11:57 am |
