Osva (il più giovane) va a vedere che tempo fa: il cielo é tutto stellato_ A fatica ci alziamo_Alle 5. 30, alle prime luci, partiamo_ Per arrivare alla fascia di rocce (da dove cade una cascata) ci mettiamo 2 ore (7.30) . Legatici, attacchiamo_ Le rocce sono facili ma bagnate e scivolosissime_ Dobbiamo usare la massima attenzione_ Superato un piccolo strapiombo (unica difficoltà) siamo sul ghiacciaio sotto il seracco_ Lo superiamo traversando da sin. a destra, usando alcuni speroni di roccia (bagnata) che ci portano proprio sotto la seraccata, all'inizio del canalino_ Ogni tanto il seracco ci manda i suoi saluti sotto forma di blocchi e slavine, che ci passano abbastanza vicini, spaventandoci un pò_ Il canalino, per fortuna, é formato da neve che, nonostante la notte abbia gelato e vi sia da più di un'ora il sole, tiene bene_ In breve, con qualche sosta per fotografare, siamo sul pianoro superiore_ Ci riposiamo un momento_ Sui pendii cadono nuovamente slavine_ Una di queste ci aveva dato l'impressione di trascinarci con sé_ L'ultimo tratto é breve, anche se ripido_ L'unica difficoltà consiste nella neve marcia_ Alle 11,. siamo in vetta, dove sostiamo a lungo_ ..."
