Mount Shasta's summit from...

Mount Shasta's summit from the summit plateau on August 12, 2001. While at the summit around 12:30pm, two rangers came up to warn us of lightning storms in nearby towns and their non-working cell phones. Although it snowed a bit in the morning (one ranger even called it hail) and it was raining on Shasta's NE side, luckily the AG route was clear and sunny for the rest of the day.
