Route Climbed: Scramble Date Climbed: August, 2003
This was a good wildlife day. The Pikas here are friendlier then most. They are easier to spot and take pictures of. I also had a Golden Eagle swoop down 6' in front of me at 8000'. That was a surreal moment. The views on top are predictable, but nevertheless worth it as always. This summit can be done in a flash if one wants. I obviously chose a unique route.
"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."
