| Gorgeous foliage all around. Great hike. I used my microspikes on the descent from the summit to the ridge. Others were in tennis shoes and seemed fine, but I know they were slipping more than me. Can get around snowpatches up until that last summit approach from ridge. | |

| Scary day. Melting caused a rock collapse on the ridge near 12,700' that tossed me down about 15 feet. Bruised and scraped, but continued on to the summit. Camped at the saddle of UN12505 and Yale. | |

| Climbed with Caroline & Otina. A LONG GRUELLING day of having to plow our own trench clear to the East Ridge. Then ANOTHER down off Mascot Peak in the dark making a loop back to the TH. Great weather, great people. One of the better days this winter despite the physciality. | |
