Mountain sheep dog, Abruzzo Italy
The mountain sheep dogs of Abruzzo are some of the most intelligent and hardest working dogs I've ever seen. They drive the flocks up and down steep sided mountain slopes and through valleys to find better pasture, doing most of the work while the shepherd appears to enjoy a nice walk!
