The peaks of KOMOVI massif are surrounded from all sides by beautifully vasty plateaus. One of them and for sure most wonderful is Štavna. Actually, this page is dedicated to Stavna (1828 m) peak which is located above Stavna grassy plateau, trademark of whole Komovi range. Stavna plateau is wide known because of its beautiful scenery, specially including old shepherd's cabins ("Katuni"). Stavna peak and Stavna plateau are placed on the N from Kom Vasojevicki (2460 m) and on NE from Kom Kucki (2487 m) and Kom Ljevorijecki (2469 m).

The summit of Stavna (1828 m) peak is nice viewpoint in all directions.
N: Whole Bjelasica massif with its highest peaks Crna Glava (2139) and Zekova Glava (2117 m).
S: Kom Vasojevicki (2460 m)
SW: Kom Kucki (2487 m) and Kom Ljevorijecki (2469 m)

Belowe the peaks of KOMOVI massif, on Stavna vasty plateau, you can find "Eko katun Štavna" (Ecological complex of houses for renting). There you have 10 houses for renting. Daily price for renting of one house is 40 Euro/8 Euro per person (each house has 5 beds, livingroom, bathroom and shower with warm water). Also, inside of Eko katun you can use the services of restaurant.
