Overview

Pronounced "Van ee beeg". Admittedly not the most attractive of mountains nor most obvious summit. It certainly wouldn't feature as a target peak in itself for many and indeed can easily be missed on the long traverse around the Beacons but it does offer attractive views from its vantage point and can at least promise a more quiet point for lunch!

Getting There

Easily reached from the car park at the Upper Neuadd Reservoir, other routes will involve a much longer day.
