Hasn't voted | Thanks Marmot, it was an amazing place to be. A trip report is in the works. | | Posted Feb 26, 2005 8:39 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Sometimes you can really tell if a photo is shot up high. This one really gives me the feeling of a high, desolate and silent place. It is.
You had good luck with the weather as well.

Hasn't voted | Thanks much for the comments. As you know the summit of Kili is indeed a remarkable place. We did luck out with the weather, it was very cold but there was little or no wind.
I enjoyed your Aconcagua trip report, by the way. Take care. | | Posted Mar 7, 2005 9:00 am |
| Gangolf Haub | Thanx for that great TR | |
Hasn't voted | I have wanted to climb Kili for years now but so far it has been impossible to convince my girlfriend to have an attempt on such a high mountain. Like Mama Tembo she doesn't see the necessity to actually reach a summit. Maybe your TR will convince her. Temperatures are a problem still.... | | Posted Mar 10, 2005 3:17 am |
