In most all images of Wheeler, the peak appears non-descript, shy, un-distinguished. Finally, an image with at least a hint of a classic summit pyramid. New Mexico's highest is certainly a "shy-violet" seldom giving us a good look. This image is one I would show when bragging about climbing a state highpoint!
