Mt. David from the west (from Mt. Jonathan) on August 27, 2005. A group of four had signed the small register atop Jonathan in June 2003. Mine was the next entry. Not too many folks get out to Jonathan even though it's right there. The view of Whittier Peak from there is great.

Did you do this ridge over to David? Wondering how tough that gets over on David to hit the summit from Jonathan. nice shot!

	Hasn't voted	That was a while ago, but I don't recall any issues. I descended from David's summit, passed the old outhouse whose view no one would poo-poo, then down the ridge. Maybe there was a cliff or two but I bypassed them. Another picture's caption says I did the traverse in 50 minutes. On return, I can't remember if I went back up and over David or traversed SE down the basin to the SE of David, to regain the trail near Pt. 6411. When you go to Mt. Jonathan, keep on going,...all the way to Brian-t Peak.
