| Gotta check it out - everyone else has. And it's well worth the effort. Anaconda residents are lucky to have such a big mountain in their backyard. Walking the long east-west ridge on a beautiful summer day is a lot of fun! Now I'll want to give it a shot in winter. | |

| The first of many winter trips with rmick25. Sledding down snowmobile tracks from Hearst Lake made for bobsled like descent. Great summit with views of the Anaconda/Pintler Wilderness clad in white. | |

| This is a long trek from the outskirts of town. A very large summit cairn shaped like a throne sits on Haggin along with a couple of summit registers. A quick look at the register entries indicates that this is the most climbed A-P summit. | |

| After years of talking about doing it we done did it. Although cold, a great winter climb. Brought sleds into Hearst Lake. Rode them out most of the way. Good Fun | |
