The gates were open this weekend so I hit the road and climbed to the top. Trail is in good condition but they are actively logging right at C27 so I went up C29 and came down C27 thru the logged area. I packed the chainsaw which came in handy on C27 but otherwise it was clear sailing.Judging from the tape it looks like they will log from C27 all the way to C29 along the road. It was overcast from the trail head all the way to the top. Stayed on top for about 30 mins in hopes the cloud would clear but no such luck. Will have to climb it again in better weather.
