Cool mountain climb. Good exposure on the 4th class summit.



I've been part way up that 4 wheel drive road. We turned around because the road was wet. It probably would have been faster to walk down it though. I wonder how it compares to the roads on the backside of the Lost Rivers or my favorite Hell Roaring Road in the Sawtooths!

Couple of typos:

1) ... that juts of from the main crust like a soar thumb (I presume that's a typo for sore, unless you intended it to be a wry pun)

2) Once you have reached the steeo boulder field,
