Nanga Parbat as seen from Fairy Meadows

Nanga Parbat as seen from Fairy Meadows

The 15 kilometers long, narrow jeep road from Raikot bridge to Tato/Jhel is a hard jeep drive. From Tato an easy walk takes through the thick pine forest to Fairy Meadows. At 3200m Fairy Meadows is an alpine plateau offering wonderful views of the north face of Nanga Parbat. Fairy Meadows is a picturesque spot, surrounded by pine forests with summer settlements. It is frequently visited by the trekkers.

Re: Fairy Meadows

Afzal, this is good information. You should put it in the photo's caption section so it will be more likely to be noticed.
