Hasn't voted | Thank you. We came by these glyphs for the first time a couple of years ago by chance. It was a nice surprise. | | Posted Mar 3, 2007 10:26 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Your shots are just great! Do you touch them up in any way ? If so, how? I need to improve! Thanks for sharing! | | Posted Jun 21, 2007 6:52 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thank you :) I edit my pictures very seldom. I'm in the mountains or a desert twice a week (or more often) and I take hundreds of photos. It would be a hussle to edit them all. Thus, I have set up my camera for high saturation and high contrast, so that my pictures come out the way I like them to look. On top of that, I use a number of different settings depending of what I photograph. I am also very picky about the weather and time of the day when I'm taking a picture that is supposed to be "pretty". For example, the picture like the one above is only possible to take early in the morning on a sunny day. Later in the day it would not look as colorful and attractive.
If I need to edit a picture it is usually some basic editing like contrast, brightness, sharpness etc. I use a basic photo program that came with Windows then. I hope this helps. | | Posted Jun 21, 2007 7:20 pm |
