This is just a good spot to park (mud conditions further on). Not much of a hike from here, less than a half mile and very little in the way of elevation gain. The Aspen trees (behind me) are special as is the color of the soil. This would be a colorful hike in the fall.

So, where is this parking spot and are there any good mountains or climbs around?
Just came back from 1st time in American NP (Yosemite), and am definitely interested to go other places in the US.. Might Utah be interesting?
