I think this page has very important information.

The costs and routes to go there are easy and real explained.

Here's some new ones. Please update, because Google Maps has high-res coverage of Nevado de Toluca: 19.11679°, -99.76727°. You can see the crater lakes and the web of roads distinctly.

great page! i would just say I think you should really put the peak's true name, at least in parenthesis. american climbers (most infamously The Mountaineers of Seattle) have a poor habit of propagating inapropriate peak names. The true name of this peak is Xinantecatl, which is not hard to say (she-nan tay-cat). It means Naked Man in nauhautl.
