Route Climbed: Hike from Międzygórze Date Climbed: july 2021  Sucess!

Quite crowdy on the the summit, nearly alone on the way to it if you walk one the alternative paths (anything but the standard red marks) from Międzygórze.

Nice walk. Taking an overnight stay in one of the villas / hotels in Międzygórze seemed attractive. Too bad we already had accommodation near Kłodzko.

Snowy with awesome inversion  Sucess!

Climbed over red trail to hut - green trail up and down to summit - back to hut and down over blue trail on the Polish side

Snow started from the hut, had a clear view with clouds below starting from the hut. Perfect windstil day, beautiful inversion and snow from the hut.

My first mountain  Sucess!

I was 4 years old, so can't remember too much, but from what I do it was a lot of fun

From Miedzygorze  Sucess!

Great area and so enjoyable hike! As far as I remember I continued my trip to the West from the peak along the border through Maly Snieznik to Trojmorski Wierch peak and then back down to Miedzygorze. I can't believe it will be 10 years this year, I am really getting older...

Two times  Sucess!

While driving to Karpacz we decided to visit Miedzygorze again /I'm a waterfall lover/. Quick ascent via Schronisko pod Snieznikiem. Several turists on the top, nice views /Praded, Karkonosze etc/.
A mountain really worth to visit.

Quick ascent from Międzygórze to visit the newly built observation tower on the summit.

Several times  Sucess!

Now the fantastic thing is you're allowed to cross the Polish-Czech border wherever you wish except the nature reserve around the very top so the number of legal routes you can make up to enjoy hiking/snowshoeing in the area has soared:-)
The two of my hikes I remember best were:
1 Early May: Stronie Śląskie - Płoszczyna Pass - Stříbrnice - the summit - Międzygórze (2 days; huge herds of female red deer at dusk, still snow near the top)
2 July (too hot, the autumn's much better): Międzygórze - Summit - along the border to Międzylesie (one day)
