No one climbing...

on Gibraltar Rock on this snowy day. You don't often see snow in the mountains of Santa Barbara, especially at this altitude, approx 2000 feet. Furthermore, most of this snow accumulated from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

No, this was taken in, I think, Feb, or Mar of 08.

It had already snowed about an inch the night before, but when we went up there to play in the snow it started snowing again and dumped another 3-4 inches.

That is impressive. Ive only seen snow around here 3 times or so and that was around the summits of 4000ft peaks around Goleta.
