[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
North Ridge of Shimshal Whitehorn
Shimshal Whitehorn's North ridge from a col at c.5600m. The ridge remains unclimbed. The col was gained via a couloir to the right of the north face. The ridge on the far left of the photo is the east ridge which was first climbed in 2006 by a German trio. The west ridge on the right was climbed in 1986 by the British party who made the first ascent. The NE face is to the left with the NW face to the right.
