Soloed with Miguel. Second route of our North Peak NW Ridge -> Conness N Ridge -> Conness W Ridge linkup (all 3 routes in just under 11 hrs car-to-car). First Sierra climbing day!

Soloed with Will. This time linking it up with the NW Ridge of North Peak first. Took us 2 hrs from North Peak's summit to Conness's summit. Then, went onto solo West Ridge of Conness.

Fun Solo
Fun solo, linked up with the northwest ridge of North peak. A great day loop. The down climbing wasnt so bad.
Climbed this route after doing the NW ridge of North Peak.
We free soloed until the top of the second tower. From there we roped up for the 2 rappels and then simul-climbed to the top trying to stay close to the ridge.
Mosquitos were very agressive on the way down. They were even attacking us while on the ridge.

Solo'd with fossana and forjan. Amazing sticky granite and awesome weather made this a climb that will be hard to forget. After a snack at the summit, we descended to the base of the west ridge and made the summit a second time.

Excellent Granite
This is an outstanding route. We found ourselves getting passed on the final pitches by several soloists, but we weren't discouraged. This is a high quality climb.

Fun route
Enjoyed the climb with D-Rod and ScottyS, we came over from the NW Ridge of North Peak, which was also a fun scramble. I wish the section after the 2nd tower was longer, that is some enjoyable scrambling.

Solo
Solo'd North Ridge with Etsuko after warming up on NW Ridge of North Peak. The downclimb from the 2nd tower was as easy as the first time I did it, even with my sprained ankle. Pavel and Vendula were climbing with us that day. A great day in terrific company!
