North Six Shooter

North Six Shooter

My wife and I went for South Six Shooter and there was only one other vehicle in this remote region, It turned out to be a party of two that went up North Six Shooter. Both of these are great trad climbs, a break from the challenging cracks at Indian Creek. They yelled at us from the summit which echoed our way at the base of our climb (a very long way), thus we took their photo, basically two ants on the summit. We left before they got back to their vehicle (4wd saves you a ton in this region) and left our info. They contacted us and were grateful to receive the summit photo. April, 2006, Indian Creek-Canyonland National Park.

Re: Nice shot.

ah, come on, not for a climbing pro like yourself....South Shooter is actually real easy, even for the wife who is not fond of trad.
