| With Jayson Wilcox, we ascended to the Abbot Hut only to find Lefroy completely out, no freezes and constant rock fall on rotten black streaked ice. We ascended Victoria via the Southeast Ridge the next day and then descended the Southwest Face, crossing the bergshrund onto the glacier below and then crossing over and ascending Mount Huber via crossing its bergshrund to the left on slushy snow on ice. Descended the same and came out the ledges above Lake O'Hara. Nice descent route, rather enjoyed it. |
