this is precious...i've always wanted to see northern lights.
(i live on wrong side of the planet, though ;-) )

Re: this is precious...Italia has such wonderful light, inspiring centuries of the worlds finest artists. I have visited the Chugach 4 weeks per winter for the last 4 years. This was the most beautiful light show I've seen by far. Quite a few of us were running around with our tripods silhouetting the helis and whatnot. Further north where clear skies are more reliable they are more often seen. Thanks for checking it out!
