In the background you can see the Grand Gendarm tower which must be climbed over. Even there are fixed ropes on it, it's not so easy to come up.

	Hasn't voted	I can recommend the way just like we did: There are nice places for tents below Rothorn hut, also water available. As warmup is Zinalrothorn a good training. It is shorter and easier than Obergabelhorn. Have a safe climb!

	Hasn't voted	Just recognized that you have already climbed Zinalrothorn.Well, from the Rothorn hut there are not so many possibilities, maybe the Schaligrat on Weisshorn. That should be a big challange!

Thanks for your advice kiss, I was hoping to do the Breithorn as a warm up.
The plan is to do the NE Face of the Lenzpitze and traverse to the Nadelhorn, Hornli Ridge Matterhorn, then the Obergabelhorn, weather depending !
