| Stayed in Cassis (beautiful town!), took the tourist boat to the rocks, climbed all day, and got the boat to pick us up at the end of the day. If you do it this way, you can keep your car at the hotel (most of which have locked indoor garages). The climbing was excellent! | |

| did a lot of class 3-4 scrambling here with some Marseille locals back in the day. This place is soooo awesome, can't wait to get back on some technical routes. Amazingly, my friend's car did NOT get broken into. Probably had something to do with the 13 plates. | |

| Unfortunately also experienced some idiot broke into my Citroen 2CV by cracking glas. Certainly no professional, since he did only steal old clothes and he just could have ripped the (textile) roof of that car for much easier access... ;-( Anyhow, great area to climb, just better leave your car unlocked or simply fly to Marseille. | Nice to see that this database includes more than mountains. Sport climbing in Provence is Fantastique! Sormiou is beautiful! Great times climbing with Robin! Heed all the warnings about car break-ins however. We left items in the car once- but that was too much! | |
