| Dit is echt een schitterende beklimming met een uitzicht die ik niet vaker ben tegen gekomen! Echt geweldig. Ik heb hem beklommen samen met Korien Termaat en we hebben er echt van genoten! Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die een 4000 meter top wil beklimmen en nog niet toe is aan het echte klim werk! Deze berg zou ik wel twee keer willen beklimmen zo mooi is zij!! | My second ascent. This time together with Martin (see next entry) and two other friends. Unfortunately one of us experienced a terrifying bad crevasse fall while descending. The lucky guy survived. Thanks to the Airzermatt staff. They really did a very professional and fast job. | |

| Another nice day with good weather conditions. The view was great. We started from the Britannia Hut. The descent via the normal route to Saas Fee was bad because a member of us had an accident. | |

| Doing Allalinhorn solo. Nice walk on the Fee glacier from Längfluehut up to Feejoch. Easy acent to summit. Good weather conditions. Managed to get there before the big crowds. | |

| The first 4000-meter peak for my friend Girgl ... we (Girgl, my wife and me) have made the Hohlaubgrat from the Brintanniahütte. The conditions where great : a few centimeters new snow, all the mountains around where looking untouched. The Hohlaubgrat is a very nice route. | |

| Climbed with Monica Spicker. The rock step was plastered with snow and ice. Beat the crowds to the top. Descended the normal route and had lunch in the restaurant at Mittelallalin. | |

| Started at the Brittanniahütte, first followed the glacier before going to the Hohlaubgrat. Descent over the normal route to Mittelallalin and further down to Felskinn on foot. Then back to the Brittanniahütte to spend the night. | |

| Aged 16 these days we had no money so did walk up the nice 'Kapellenweg' from our tent in Saas Grund to Saas Fee and finally to the Allalin station. Stayed the night on a flat roof of the Allalin station. The next day was so warm that several people being late (as we) had some problems with cravasses even on the normal route. Peter. | |
