| Easy 14er to climb with an obvious trail all the way to the summit. Btw, trail is marked well now. Perfect blue sky and magnificient views from the summit on this very clear day, Mohawk lake to the North? and other very turquoise ice cube floatsy water accumulations above the Mc Cullough Gulch. | ||

| Started at 10:45 because I figured I could get to the top in 2 hours and not have to worry about weather. Couldn't believe how many people were on this mountain. Total time 3 hours. | ||

| The peak was still deep with snow in late spring. snowshoes would have made the going much easier. It was a great hike on one of my favorite mountains.>>Oh to be in Summit County! Hiking Party: Michael Booker Jennifer Booker Don Nalley Shiloh Billy Boy | ||

| Excellent hike with beautiful, crisp weather on the way up. The wild flowers seemed to be everywhere. It was wild and windy at the summit as the dark grey clouds moved in around 11:30AM. | ||

| A lot of electricity on the summit! My axe was starting to buzz and we made a quick descent. Very straightforward route. | ||

| Did the West Ridge from Blue Lakes side. We parked at the snow closure due to our descent of the East Ridge route--no snow in Cristo Couloir for a glissade in September. Boo. Looking forward to Inwood Arete, summer 2005. | ||

| Very fun mountaineering route. I beleive the route was 5 pitches but I am going off of memory. The crux of the climb was a 5.6-5.7 chimney that we encountered near the ridge crest. From then on it was a fun scramble. | ||

| Did the east ridge in the winter. . .fun, eneventful slogg. Got totally lost on Inwood. Made it to the knife edge, soloed up a chimney and cut left. . .from there it was nothing but scary choss climbing to the top. Nice to top out as the sun was going down. We were greated by mountain goats. | ||
