| During my Senior year of highschool. Remember being really cold and there was lots of snow. Also remember story about 2 trailrunners running to their death off the trail over a cliff, can't forget that history. | ||

| Gentle hike with great views. Glad I recommended this one to Nartreb when he was here, even though at the time I hadn't been here.Blueberries were amazing!!! | ||

| Views to rival the Alps and even better flora - spent three and a half hours hiking up, due to stopping so often for photos. Looks like the trail continues over Twin Peaks to Forgotten - if I ever come back, I'll bring enough water to try this (or not hike in the afternoon during a record heat wave and drought). | ||

| Hiked to the summit in the summer of 1995. I had no idea that much vertical relief was there until just before the summit. | ||

| BKW | Standard ![]() Date Climbed: Jul 18, 2007 | |
| This was my first hike in the Verlot area. The day was miserable at the trailhead but after 30 switchbacks we were above the worst of it. I counted 62 in total. That's right 62 switchbacks! Pilchuck, 3Fingers, Whitehorse, Whitechuck, Sloan, and Delcampo, all had clouds around the base or coming off the summit. beautiful. | ||

| I got off work early so I called Gareth for a last-minute hike. Some people coming down said to watch out for 3 feet of snow on the summit but it turned out to be only half that much. Not a cloud in the sky. Lovely! | ||

| The OSAT Car Camp went up Dickerman. I remember laying out a dozen cameras for some poor passer-by to take all of our pictures together, once with each camera! | ||

| gimpilator | Patchy Snow ![]() Date Climbed: Jun 29, 2006 | |
| The snow was a bit patchy above 4500 feet but nothing gaiters couldn't handle. Good to be back on one of my favorite hikes. Spectacular views! | ||

| binersrcool | Snowy snowy!!! ![]() Date Climbed: Apr 30, 2006 | |
| Steep, climb, especially for the last 1000 feet. Foggy, but big four peeked out of the clouds a few times to say hi. Wicked cornice at the summit. Crampons were a must. Glissading down was a blast. | ||

| A good trail to some great views. In the winter at about 4500 feet right off the trail, there is a nice frozen waterfall if your in the mood for some Washington ice. | ||

| We originally planned to climb Pilchuck on this day, but for some reason kept driving to Dickerman. This was a very fun hike that had views of mountains not visible from the I-90 corridor, my usual hiking location. | ||

| Fun hike even though the incline is relentless. It's steady, so it felt easier. The last set of switchbacks were killer, but we made it! Views of Mt Baker, Glacier Peak and so many mountain ranges. I went with Alainna, who was attacked by a giant fly at the end... wiping our her energy. Ha ha ha! | ||
