| Mount Dickerman #710 - The Glacier Peak Area
Trailhead (1800') had about 1 foot of snow, there were some snowshoe tracks that lead up to about 3500 feet where the previous hikers had turned around. We broke trail from here on, and it was slow and rough. There was about 2-4 feet of fresh snow to plow through, and once we got up to 4700' we were pretty much done after we realized that the meadows would most likely be very rough to get through since that area gets dumped on w/o all the tree coverage. |
