| Climbed in 1/06 as part of a Sawteeth/Lower Great Range traverse, and in 5/06 as part of a Great Range traverse from Marcy to WJ Gap. During the 1/06 climb, injured my right hand while glissading. Still hurts from time to time... | |

| Started at St Huberts, went up Gothics, then down the great range hitting Armstrong, Upper and Lower Wolfjaw. Great fall colors!. Early snow & ice made it kind of treacherous. | |

| Second of three, from Upper Wolf Jaw then onto Gothics. Tackled this one with the ROTM gang: Mike, Tom, Mr. Baio, and Chris. Nice views at the top, and a good spot for lunch. I recommend Triscuts, a pepperoni or smoked sausage stick, and cheese. | |

| Cloudy, but still some great views. Wanted to go on to Uwj, but not enough daylight left.Best trip of the year yet. The falls toward the end of the trail was spectacular!!! | ||

| Conditions warmer than expected, 70s and sunny. After a nice rest on UWJ, was ready to hit Armstrong. Rugged hike down UWJ and then back up Armstrong. Nice views from the top, more open than the previous two peaks. | |

| Combined this early season hike with UWJ and Gothics. Still had deep snow below summits, but weather was perfect (low 60's and sunny). In fact snowpack left only 5-7 feet of the 20 foot ladder on the moutains east side visable. Nice view west from the small summit ledge. This mountain is steep when approached from the east (Upper Wolf Jaw). | |
