| Climbed with Nippletop via the H.G. Leach Trail from the Ausable Club. There were raspberry bushes along most of the trail, especially around the west shoulder of Noonmark. The summit provided suprisingly good views and we had most of the hike to ourselves. | |

| Beautiful day in the high peaks. Clear, cool, breezy, and not a black fly to be seen. The Leach trail was in great shape. Still a few patches of snow in the woods near the top. | |

| Lot of snow. Broke trail most of the way. Slow going. We originally wanted to do Colvin, but everyone was too tired. We came back over the fish hawk cliffs and Indian Head. We managed to camp in a low spot and the wind was howlin' above our heads. We were comfy. Learned our lesson from the year before, I suppose. :-) | |

| Via bear den. The fresh, heavy snow (varying from 1 to 4 inches) from the night before was quite beautiful, but everything began to melt throughout the day. Snow falling off the trees made us very wet. | |
