| cherokee | Route Climbed: South-West Ridge then South-East Ridge and South Coulior Date Climbed: June 9, 1976  | |
| After climbing the Schreckhorn and a nice stay in the Strahlegg Hut we started up the South-West Ridge route then made a traverse to the South-East Ridge and finished the climb. Returned to the Strahlegg Hut via the south couloir. | |

| We faced a lack of snow in the mid section of the couloir and therefore couldn't ski down the whole gully ! But it was fun anyway to reach such a mountain with ski and snowboard ! The Aar-Bivouac is my favourite spot in the Alpes. it's in the middle of fu...ing nowhere, quite, wild, great scenery... Everything a mountaineer could wish for !
