Bryan BennWet and Windy  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Aug 14, 2009

Wet and windy meant cool, so comfortable for me. Used the route up from Croesor and enjoyed the little scrambly sections nearer the summit. Not a long walk, even for me, but very enjoyable and with a very pleasant companion.

Bryan BennA super day  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Dec 29, 2008

Went up from near Bryn Bedd, (near Nantgwynant), during a very long and very cold spell of weather. The infamous boggy ground up top was frozen solid and so I just walked in straight lines wherever I wanted to go up in those lovely Moelwyns. And one of the straight lines took me to the two summits of Cnicht! It does have three summits, but only two count, so I am told!! With crystal clear visibility it was one of my best days walking in Snowdonia so far.

mountainmanmarkTrythe waterfall next time!  Sucess!

Climbed this a few times and on one occasion the waterfall between Llyn Llagi and Llyn yr Adar. Got thoroughly soaked but a good variation to the usual route.

twsRoute climbed: From Croesor  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Jul 20, 2006

Although it was very foggy on top, it was a nice opportunity to escape that heatwave in Britain for one day.

revolutionRoute Climbed: From Gelli Lago Date Climbed: November 17th  Sucess!

Climbed up on a very cold but very sunny November morning. Stunning view from the top. Nice and quiet at the summit as I had it to myself. Another one for the tick list!

Dan BaileyRoute Climbed: ditto Date Climbed: can't remember  Sucess!

A very worthwhile hill, particularly if you combine it with a circuit of Cwm Croesor, including the Moelwynau

Great mountain, get an early start if possible as this sub 700m mountain can get very busy in the summer months and holidays and dont forget to go to Erics cafe at Tremadog for a cup of tea.
