| Solo climb on my last day in Colorado. Great views of Longs and a pretty easy hike. Saw a huge elk on the trail and he wouldn't move. Took out the camera and he got shy and left. | ||

| I showshoed this one with my sister. Weather was great, though it was windy above the treeline. We encountered maybe two other hikers. The snow petered out at the treeline, so we stashed the 'shoes and continued to the summit. The view of Longs Peak is a classic. | ||

| Nice early season hike with great views of Longs. I got rained on the whole way down but it was a good day regardless. I would definitely do this again for someone new to hiking or for an early season hike. | ||

| Even though I look at this peak each time I step out the front door, today was my first day on it. The standard trail is well maintained and made for a nice morning run. The views of the surrounding area were amazing. I've gotta make the summit for sunrise as it would make for a great vantage point. | ||

| Carried snowshoes but didn't need them. Great views of Longs and RMNP. Fun hike, great place to bring visitors. This peak is really a lightning rod in summer, though. | ||

| Simply awesome views of Longs Peak east face. It is the same view that you get from Rte 7 (between Meeker and Lady Washington) but about 2500 feet higher so you can really see what's what back there. This would probably be the optimal place outside the boulderfield to get sunrise photos. Also sweeping views of Estes Park and RMNP, and some great front range views on the summit of the 2nd sister (short scramble). Prepare for windy conditions on top. Snow is virtually non existant on the trail now. | ||

| Great mountain. The summit area is pretty fun. This mountain is a great vantage point for sunrise photos of Longs Peak, and sunset photos of the continental divide. | ||

| My first time up, I got paid to hike it (RMNP trail Crew). The second time, I raced t-storms to the summit and just barely won. | ||

| This was a really fun way to start out a New Year, with a group from the Colorado Mountain Club. The day was clear, very windy on the top, but exhilerating! | ||

| This was a great climb! I have to say one thing though, the path was traveled so much that the path turned to ice in some areas. The trip itsself was good though, there was almost no wind and the skys were very clear. This all made it quite an enjoyable hike and what a great view from the top!!!! | ||

| I had a very enjoyable autumn walk to the north peak of Twin Sisters. I started at 9:45 A.M., summitted at about 1 P.M., and was back at the Lily Lake parking lot by 2:45 P.M. Snow was about a foot deep, but the trail was packed enough that I experienced very little postholing. Although the weather was gorgeous, I shared the trail with only one other individual that day. | ||

| Climbed this nice mountain with my girlfriend at the time. Got clobbered by a hail storm on the way down. Not a drop on Longs. Nice and sunny over there! It dumped on Twin Sisters because I was there! Drove the car into Estes Park and got all sorts of looks because it was buried in two inches of hail. From town, Twin Sisters was capped in white. All of the other mountains were untouched. Love the summit. Fun scrambling opportunties up top. | ||

| November is a great time to climb this mountain. There were very vew people and not yet enough snow to complicate the hike. It was cold and windy on the summit so we headed back to the car after spending just five minutes atop the northern sister. | ||

| Great practice climb for later 14er's. We did it on a chilly day so we didn't stick around at the top. Great view of Estes Park and Longs | ||

| Went for outdoor leadership training. Did my first climbing on some sport routes on the Sisters. Fun little hike, not challenging. Great views from the summits, perfect place for lunch. Looking out at all the other mountains in the area is quite inspiring. | ||
