| A nice hike with a great view. The hike can be shortened by more than a mile by not follwing the PCT. Take the obvious use trail north (up the ridge) from the parking lot. There is a steep 200-300 foot loose slope climbing past the obvious rock outcrops before meeting the PCT. Cross the PCT and continue up the ridge on the normal route. | |

| Beautiful spring hike! Returning via the PCT proved a bit tricky due to snow, but had lovely vistas of pointy rocks. Hike report and pics are here. | |

| Another beautiful day on top. Had the pleasure of sharing it with my Mom. Snow still covers much of the Yosemite High Country. Only a few patches of snow on the hike up, nothing that couldn't be bypassed. | |

| This hike is nice and short, and surprisingly not too heavily traveled from St Mary's pass. If you are looking for a shorter peak with a good view, but without the people, this is one of your best bets. For something a little bit harder, try Leavitt Peak just to the South across 108. | |

| My first time on anything higher than 10, 500 ft. in getting ready for Mount Shasta. It was a fun hike with great views. It was a very quick trip too. I summited and was back home in Modesto by 3:30 p.m. It is a good peak to do in combination with Stanislaus Peak. | |

| Yeah, it's easy, but this is the peak that got me hooked. Really nice views, albeit a bit hazy on the day I visited. | |
