| Peak 3 of 8, did a variation of "Mummy Mania" we dubbed "Mummy Masochism" because we tacked 2 bushwhack 11ers on to the end. Appx 19 miles, 7000 vertical - climbed Chapin, Chiquita, Ypsilon, Fairchild, Hagues, Mummy, Tileston and Bighorn. | |

| Finished up the CCY trek by reaching Ypsilon's summit at 10:20am Dark clouds started forming at 11:00 and we hoofed it back down. We got pelted by a rain/sleet storm by the time we got back to the Chiquita-Chapin ridge which was actually kind of fun. Overall a great outing! | |

| Passed the two parties that were ahead of us, and had the summit to ourselves for a minute or two, until a helmeted climber reached the top from a ridge climb. His route made my hike seem like child's play. Summit was excellent for views, but got crowded very quickly at an early hour. | |
