| Climbed the E ridge IV 5.7. Being a ridge it is, seemingly, much safer than the E face. I can be climbed in a day car to car with an early start and swift climbing! | |

| My partner was hit by rockfall just above the triangular rock face -- smashed his left arm . We bivied in a small cave, and I soloed out the next morning to get a helicoter. Great epic!! Climbed the face again the next year (2002) to kinda get even. | |
