| I guess it is called the north east ridge but really it is more easterly trending. Hiked up from the trailhead to Chinn's Lake and then steeply up to the ridge. Didn't see anyone. | |

| Instead of hiking to the saddle between Witter and Eva and then up, I decided to go straight up the NE face of Witter at the west end of Sherwin Lake. Only 50 feet of class 2+/3 at the end of the route. A very pleasant hike. | ||

| I took this in as an aside today while hiking Bancroft, Parry, Eva and Flora. Weather was great and no snow to deal with. Witter really looks good from Flora's summit. | |

| Great climb! This was my first technical, unaided, solo climb. Nice veiws from the top, you can see many of the Colorado front range mountains. | |
