Cold, Windy and Nice
Date Climbed: Nov 11, 2006
Made it up (with Weeds) just before snow season hit. The loads of bighorn sheep didn't seem to mind the wind nearly as much as us. Nice remote peak.

We enjoyed some cold weather camping by Heart Lake and some extreme winds on the summit. Great views of the Blanca group!

You can get some fantastic photos of Venado and Virsylvia Peaks from Latir. On clear days, Blanca Pk, CO 50+ miles away, to the North, looks awesome.
